Why Do I Need Training?
Yeah, we get it – no one likes “training” (or practice). However, this ministry takes volunteers into unusual territory – prison...if you have been there before, no worries! We would love to talk to you about joining us too. Your reentry story can encourage MANY!
In preparation for this journey, we require all volunteers to attend one of our trainings. These trainings include state-required training, PREA (we'll explain when you get here...) and our Four-Seven history and ongoing mission. You can find our most recent and upcoming training dates below.

Join us for our summer training Saturday; 8/13/22 from 10:00am – 1pm. Please SIGN UP TO JOIN US for training at our Four-Seven office located at 2400 Reading Rd; Suite 201, Cincinnati, OH 45202. We're looking forward to meeting you! More info will be sent to registered attendees prior to the session.

NEW VOLUNTEER TRAINING PAPERWORK: Yes, there is paperwork! But we can get you started right here! We don't have the go ahead on electronic signatures for prisons just yet; so, simply PRINT & COMPLETE the Training Forms and we'll give you instructions from there! We will answer any questions you have during training.
